and that problem is fast food.
starting today, 4/14/12, no fast food for two weeks. that’s until 4/28. my brothers birthday. my theory is that after not eating it for two weeks, i won’t even want it anymore. (i’ve been there before, believe it or not)
let’s throw pop in with that, too. no pop.
i just want my clothes to fit at this point. goal one, seriously.
I’ll be in Toronto Thursday-Sunday morning, and was wondering suggestions for eating right away from home. I’m going to indulge a little, but don’t want to come back weighing more than when I left. Healthy eats in Toronto, anyone? General advice?

It’s hard to say no sometimes, but seriously, you SHOULD feel guilty when you eat this crap.
This is why i don’t eat pizza rolls.
See that? Those are the ingredients it takes to make pizza rolls.
It sickens me to think that people call this stuff “food”. Real food doesn’t have 5394584485 ingredients. More than half the ingredients on the label aren’t even food.
I refuse to fuel my body with this crap. You should, too.
sean just brought me home a box of peanut butter patties.
calorie intake for the day, through the roof.
this box is NOT going to survive.
totally feel like cooking a good meal, but don’t want 50585983834 calories.
i’ve gotten good at “quick” lo-cal, but all of my more involved recipes are pretty awful still. favorites, anyone? links are good. i have a lot of beans/rice/lentils/quinoa etc, js.
Good luck! I’m lucky, I’ve never had to have them use the liquid nitrogen more than once, that sucks it didn’t kill yours all the way.
